Cultivate Her

We officially launched Cultivate Her Friday morning. It was such a great time gathering with nearly 40 women who were eager to connect and grow in their leadership gifts. In case you didn’t notice, I’ve created a Cultivate Her page where I’ll keep the latest info about our next event (which happens to be October 16th.)

For those of you that were not able to be there, I’ve posted two videos.  The first is the set-up video for our topic and the second is my talk entitled “Bullies”.

One of my greatest concerns for us as women in leadership is that we are each others’ worst enemies.  Because of fear, insecurity and need for control we’ve become enemies rather than allies and I really believe that we are not going to thrive in our leadership until we get this right.

I hope that Cultivate Her will become a place where we can put our boxing gloves down and begin to become generous, loving and empowering to each other!
