I love this post, Natalie. I'm going to write down these questions in my leadership journal and then, unpack my answers... And, I agree, it is so very important for all of us to appreciate the strengths, passions and heart of our beautiful girlfriends who surround us. Thanks for this great word this morning :-)

Great post! I tend to get so focused on getting things done, and feel like a failure when I cannot do it all. I need this reminder on a regular basis. I WANT to encourage others in their strengths and build relationships. I need to quit focusing on the wrong things. Building relationships with others - loving others well - is so much more important than completing tasks.

I used to take pride in being so self-sufficient and independent...now I realize how much that attitude isolates me.
Thanks for the reminder to appreciate the people God has surrounded me with and the questions to evaluate my strengths. I especially like the question about what I should say no to.

i tend to focus on where I feel insufficient so much that I often fail to see my own strengths AND to celebrate the strengths of others. Great reminder, Natalie!

Love this Natalie. It's so true that rather than trying to be all things, we need to celebrate the great things about the other women around us... and be thankful that they compliment us.
