Our Founder, Jenni Catron

Hey!  I’m so glad you found your way to the Cultivate Her blog.  My name is Jenni Catron.  I serve as the Executive Director of Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN where I lead a staff of 30 at three campuses.  I love a fabulous cup of tea, great books, learning the game of tennis and hanging out with my husband and border collie.  I’m passionate about leadership and equipping others to lead well.

For years I’ve dreamed of creating an environment where women can connect, grow and be encouraged in their leadership development.  Oftentimes I’ve found we are each others’ worst enemies rather than each others’ greatest cheerleaders.  It’s for that reason that I’ve stepped out to create Cultivate Her!

A fabulous group of my friends and fellow women leaders have teamed up to make Cultivate Her a reality.  After several months of planning we launched our monthly events (in Nashville) in the fall of 2009.  Since then we have been overwhelmed by the response to providing a leadership development opportunity for women.  We’ve got some amazing ideas in the works that we hope to announce soon, but in the meantime I hope you’ll engage in the discussion here on the blog.  We can’t wait to get to know you!
